The first meeting with our sales and design team, we discuss your wish-list and design for your new home.
This ideally includes an on site meeting, where we assess the site, give you indications on the cost of ground works, and point out other aspects of a build that you may not be aware of. We will also discuss the different types of construction suitable for your site, and what the cost implications for some of your design wishes may be.
At this stage we discuss your list of ‘must haves’ in your home and your budget. When it comes to deciding on a home design, start with a list of why you are building new to begin with. Once you establish your needs then you can start thinking about the physical style of home you want to build.
Our in house design team can help work with you to design a plan from scratch. It may help to start with taking a browse through our extensive list of home plans which we can easily make changes to suit your tastes and requirements.
Right from this early stage, we will keep an understanding of your budget to really help keep your build on track. This is why working with a design team that has up to date knowledge of build costs etc, gives you a greater chance of achieving your build, rather than working with an architect or designer alone.
