The Jennian Homes NZ Track and Field Championship is one of the country’s oldest sporting events dating back to 1889, and features many of New Zealand’s top athletes and Olympians like Tom Walsh and Eliza McCartney - right through to the best U18 and U20 provincial talent, all vying to win a national title, and for some, qualification for higher honours including the Commonwealth Games and Olympics.

The Jennian Homes team is proud to be supporting young Kiwis in their effort to excel in sport while continuing the long Jennian track record of community support.

Jennian Homes have shown an increasing support of sport and the community with partnerships with Golf New Zealand and the NZ Team as well as providing long-standing assistance to the Heart Foundation, our main charity.

As proud sponsors of Athletics New Zealand we are excited to support their Athletics for Every Body nationwide campaign. Athletics for Every Body encourages Kiwi kids of all ages to give athletics a go this summer!

The grassroots campaign, which runs through October/November, hopes to get more tamariki active and to embrace the joy of running, jumping and throwing.

With a rich variety of disciplines to choose from there is an event for everyone in athletics regardless of ability, size and shape.
