We had a fantastic experience building our home with Jennian Homes Manawatu. The team are amazing and are all so great to deal with. The help and advice we received from day one about house plans and sections was incredible and made the process so easy and enjoyable! Communication throughout the build was amazing - we were sent weekly updates and never had to wait too long if we emailed about something. We were sent extra photos and videos when we were away so we didn’t miss out on the progress which was so appreciated. There were some really thoughtful touches during the process - little things really do make an impact!
When any issues arose (because we’re all human!) communication was fast and there was an immediate plan to sort it. We love our home and would absolutely recommend Jennian Homes Manawatu to anyone wanting to build!

We came to Haydon and the team for an investment rental property. Haydon was able to put us at ease with any questions we had about getting finance, council consents etc, he put a package together that matched our budget and time line. When the build started it was project managed very well and the time line was exactly what they had promised. A big shout out to Stud Construction for all their hard work, thanks so much. I have no problems recommending Jennian to all considering building.

I wish we could give Jennian 10 out of 5 stars. The team have been incredible to work with over the course of our build and beyond. The workmanship is fantastic, our house build came in on time and on budget, even in the midst of the Gib shortages and Covid outbreaks of 2022, which says a lot about their ability to project manage under immense pressure. Haydon, Kylie and Lisa were super accommodating with everything we dreamed up during the process, and we are so proud of the home we have ended up creating. If you are looking for someone to build your home, please give Jennian a call, I could not recommend them highly enough.

Our decision to have Jennian Homes build our new house was 100% the right one, as all aspects of the build have been superbly managed. Our journey started with Haydon taking on board our brief for the style of house we wanted and the floor plan layout. Within days he had produced a detailed plan that very closely matched our brief. Subsequently, we worked with him to fine-tune the house plan, and were mightily impressed by his skills in adapting the plan and for the suggestions we made for improvements.
Once the plan was agreed, a fixed price was promptly provided and Jennian took over all components of the build. This meant that all we had to do was select our colour schemes, fixtures, and fittings for our kitchen and bathrooms, flooring materials etc. This process was aided by their helpful consultant. The house construction has been expertly undertaken by Dan, Mal and young Dan. This building team are simply the best. The standard of the build has been of the highest quality. All of the tradesmen involved have likewise been superb. Kylie is a switched on, no nonsense Project Manager, who impressively managed the house build schedule. We enjoyed working with her and very much appreciated her flexibility when we requested some variations to the agreed house plan and her excellent communication.
We thoroughly recommend Jennian Homes to anyone seeking to build in the Manawatu. They are the complete package!

Got a new home anniversary greeting card from the team. They also asked us if everything has been going well a year after handover. The build and finish quality are exceptional and the team have guided us every step of the way. We already made wonderful memories in our new home and will continue to create more!
