The Jennian Homes Wairarapa franchise was started in 2004, and is owned and operated by a 35 year old second generation building company with extensive experience in building light commercial, residential housing, retirement village multi units, additions and alterations. We are a locally owned and operated franchise of Jennian Homes servicing the entire Wairarapa region from the southern tip of the North Islands east coast up to Pahiatua and across to the Tararua Ranges, including; Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Martinborough and Featherston as well as the surrounding town ships and coastal retreats.
