Our Story

At Jennian Homes Wairarapa, our journey is more than just building homes, it’s a story of passion, craftsmanship, and family legacy.

It all began when my father, a full-time joiner at Rigg Zschokke, started building his own home. His attention to detail and natural leadership on-site caught the eye of a local building company owner, who offered him a role as a project manager. Dad embraced the opportunity, and a few years later, when the owner decided to retire during a quiet period in the market, he offered to sell the business to my father — a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of what Jennian Homes Wairarapa is today.

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a second-generation building company with deep roots in the Wairarapa community. We specialise in custom home design and construction, tailoring every project to reflect our clients’ unique needs and aspirations.
