• Get pre-approved with Squirrel: You’ll need to speak with Squirrel to get your finance approved upfront, so you’ll be ready to settle when the home is complete. • Pay a 5% deposit: Once you have your finance approved through Squirrel, you’ll need to pay a 5% deposit to Jennian Homes to commence the build. Your deposit will be held in Jennian's solicitor’s trust account until settlement.

Note: Your bank will set its own lending conditions, which may include a higher deposit requirement at settlement (e.g. above 5%).
