At Jennian Homes Southland, brothers Shane and Carl Hamilton take pride in crafting high-quality homes for their local community.

Carl, who began his career as an apprentice for award-winning local builder Jennian Homes Southland, has since worked as a qualified builder (NZCB) both in New Zealand and abroad. With over fifteen years of experience, he has a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and requirements.

Shane, a qualified architectural draughtsperson (NZCAD), serves as a New Home Consultant for the team. Prior to joining Jennian Southland, he gained extensive experience working in an architect's office on a diverse range of building projects.

Together, Shane and Carl are committed to delivering an excellent experience for their clients by providing exceptional service, great staff, and affordable new homes. If you're considering building a home, stop by for a cup of coffee and a chat.

We first looked at Jennian because a friend of ours had recommended them and they had a nice house. We did look at a few other companies, one in particular. We found the other company to be very rigid in their selection of house plans. The guy was a salesman but had no knowledge of building whatsoever. So what made us choose Jennian was that we were allowed to build the house that we actually wanted, instead of having to pick one from a brochure.
In the design process it was good that they planned the house to fit on the section, and also included all of the things that we wanted in the house. Communication was prompt throughout and they were able to follow through on what they had planned, and also in a timely manner.
