We had purchased 45 acres with no power or water on site. Jennian Homes did not see this as a problem and managed the build until the almost the end without either. From the design with Steve through to the build with Brad as site manager, it was a good experience. Things like weather happened but there was always excellent communication and notification of any delays and or changes. There was a high standard of detailing which was one of the reasons we went with Jennian in the first place.
