When Henriette and Dean embarked on their journey to design their forever home, they dreamed of a stylish, functional haven for their multigenerational family. With two young children, Abbigail and Amelia, their parents, and their beloved pups all under one roof, they teamed up with Jennian Homes Wairarapa to create a spacious, on-trend masterpiece that perfectly balances elegance and comfort.

Their vision was clear: dedicated spaces for everyone. On one side of the house, a children’s and parents’ wing; on the other, an additional master suite for extended family. “Enjoy the ride! Take it all in and spend as much time as you can in the planning stage to make sure you’ve thought of all you want to incorporate and make the most of your site features. We were so happy that Jennian was flexible in allowing us to complete certain works ourselves (e.g., wardrobes, curtain rails, garage carpet, linen cupboards), which helped us get things ready for handover. The turnkey contract was a lifesaver, allowing us to meet the bank's requirements and gather the additional deposit. Our Jennian New Home consultant was exceptional throughout the process. Her personality, care for customers, and ability to listen to our needs really stood out. She made us feel like part of the Jennian family and was always there to listen. She helped keep things on track and made me feel supported. Our site supervisor also went above and beyond to help, and his team of contractors on-site were always respectful, tidy, and easy to work with. This made the process enjoyable, and we’re very pleased with the high-quality finish.”
