Dave and Rebeccas unique site in Ngunguru

When Dave and Rebecca first came to Jennian Homes Northland, they told us they had a very unique site in Ngunguru and wanted to build something special….

One site visit later and we agreed, the views were amazing and a special design was certainly called for! 

With some complex covenants to adhere to, and a lot of creative input from Dave and Rebecca, the Jennian design team worked to create a truly one off build, perfect for the views, the sun and relax coastal living. 

Seeing this build come to life was a true pleasure for our team, and handover day bought many smiles to our faces! 

What did you enjoy during your build?

What made the build was you! The People! 100% it was your team that was with us the whole way. Every subbie we met was amazing. The quality of this home is spectacular. We always felt like nothing was a problem, anything we questioned was resolved and explained. We had no idea the quality of our home would be this good. 

Rena is very knowledgeable and experienced. She has been professional in all out engagements with her. She is enthusiastic, has a "can do" attitude and has been great fun to work with on the design of our new home. Thank you so much Rena, it has been a joy working with you.
