Tell us about your build journey and especially undertaking it all the way from Dunedin! 

The process was so easy, as soon as we spoke to you guys, there was no going back! We don’t think it would have been as easy and straight forward with another company. Living away and having phone & video calls at the section put our minds at ease and then finally coming up to see the section and meet you before we signed the contract was unreal! 

Moving from Planning our build to construction was so cohesive & smooth. Dan communicates so well – especially for a bloke! The team work you all obviously have together is clear, the comradery, you can see it and know it is a team you can trust. 

After meeting Jennian Homes Northland’s Team & signing your contract, you of course went home to Dunedin and had to leave us, trusting us to complete your home – how did that feel? 

We had so much trust in your team, we never doubted you at all. You guys gave such a good vibe from day 1, getting to know you, the way you spoke to us, it really was the communication that helped us. Texts, phone calls, emails and photos, it just made us feel confident you knew what you were doing. We could just leave you to it, and we knew you would give us a amazing house! 

We noticed during our build, that if something needed discussion during construction, you told us straight away, so we could think about our options and make the right choice, for us! 

Every part of planning and the build was quick and easy, even when being away from Whangarei. 

What would you like first home builders to know? 

You don’t have to be middle aged, with kids or a super high paying job to build with Jennian Homes! Just come and have a chat with the team and you’ll be surprised what you can do….

The Jennian team was really great at balancing that for us, we had big dreams and we didn’t know where to start, we originally looked at buying a older home but then we spoke to Jennian and saw we could get almost everything we wanted, Brand new! 

We wish more young couples knew this was such a great option & such a fun, easy way into home ownership!
