Here is Kathy’s experience during her new project…

After a very trying build with another company previously, what gave you the confidence to build with Jennian Northland?

I felt so comfortable, the information you supplied & Rena clearly knew what she was talking about. She wasn’t just trying to sell me something. That really was the main decider – I felt safe building with you.

How did you find the team at Jennian Northland communicated during planning and building?

10/10! No doubt, you were all great. I felt like the communication was always in front of the process, I knew exactly what was happening next, so nothing was a surprise.

You were away overseas during different parts of your build, including the finishing stages – how was that?

It made absolutely no difference, everything was under control, with great continued communication and the schedule ran 100% as expected.

You work in the Housing industry, so you know your stuff! – How is the end product that Jennian Northland provided?

Really, really good. I am very happy. It is exactly per plan and as we discussed, every single part.

The final big question….Would you build with Jennian Northland again or recommend us to others?

I would do both! Yes I would build with you again and recommend you ! As the saying goes, if it isn’t broken – don’t fix it! In fact I would struggle to see anything that you could improve in this process of home building!
