Why did you choose Jennian?

Value for money! We were looking at existing homes when our ASB lender suggested looking at a new build with Jennian Northland. Compared to existing houses, we could instantly see the value in a new build, we got all we wanted! 

What has been your favourite part of the build?

Customisation for sure. When we worked on our colours and the kitchen design, this was really exciting and it made it our home…

How was construction for you?

No – we really felt great through the whole build and there were no surprises, we cant think of anything you should do differently!
