Our design team takes your dream home vision and draws up your house plans. Whether it’s choosing an existing plan and customising or starting from scratch, we work with you to get it just right.

A scheme plan including site plan, floor plan, elevations and 3D rendering so you can start seeing your dream come to life.

What’s involved?

Once you’ve signed off your scheme plan and house design, our team will assess what your home will contain from the ground up. This is added to preliminary drawings and allows our quantity surveyor to price your home.

What do we get?

• Exterior and Interior design consultation to assist with product and colour selections – all displayed on your very own mood board.
• Kitchen design consultation so we can include the price of the kitchen you want into your contract, not just a PC Sum.
• A detailed document highlighting all the services we’ll provide and every product that is to be included in your new home. Your home’s ‘Schedule of Materials and Works’.
• A price to build your home and any additional works you have highlighted you would like us to take care of. This is a fully quantity surveyed price, you’ll know what your home is going to cost before you sign your contract.
• A Registered Master Builders Association Residential Building Contract.
