Jennian Homes Wellington is proudly locally owned and operated by husband and wife team Simon and Belinda Barber.

With building in his blood, Simon is a second-generation builder who started working alongside his father. Simon is also a former National President of the Registered Master Builders Association from 2016-2018 and leads a team that was named NZ Jennian Franchisee of the Year 2019 and 2021.

In fact, we still have some of our team from those days working with us here at Jennian. We are all about family and ensure that building your home is a team effort.

From our General Manager, Projects Manager, New Home Consultant, Construction Managers, Project Liason, Interior Designer, Draftsman and Estimator, we are all about making your experience a very enjoyable and memorable one.
