Building with Jennian Homes was great. Meeting our New Home Consultant at the Display Home and discussing our needs made us feel at ease. We came up with a plan to suit our lifestyle. We are very happy with the results of our house and land package. We have built and renovated previously with independent builders and us as the project manager and this build was significantly less stressful. Jennian have been quick to remedy any issues and have offered solutions to any build challenges. Initially, the paperwork for the build choices seemed a bit overwhelming but sessions with Jennian, the kitchen designer and interior design company helped a lot. Being remote from the build site, the project software allowed us to see pictures of the build progress and regular updates from our project manager filled in the gaps. There are always challenges with a new build but we were confident in our build team and it has all come together wonderfully. We are very happy with our new home and hope to be here for quite some time.
