Jody has an extensive history in the construction industry throughout NZ, having fulfilled many roles from construction management to the financial sector. Jody plays a big part in all areas of the building process at Jennian Homes Northland. Her hands-on approach means she maintains close contact with you throughout your project. Jody's ultimate satisfaction is in building dream homes for happy clients.

Brett has a history of over 20 years in the construction industry, with roles varying from construction management to estimation, design & sales. Brett works closely with the rest of the team at Jennian Homes Northland as an in-house estimator, helping to set realistic budgets for your project, and allowing us to accurately estimate the cost of building your new home from an early stage.

Rena Belcher

New Home Consultant

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, ranging from building and design to management, Rena has the skills to walk you seamlessly through the process of designing and specifying your new home. 

As your New Home Consultant, Rena will help you design your new home so it makes the most of your section, and help you avoid any pitfalls along the way.

Rena utilises her practical knowledge with design flair to make sure you get the style of home that you like, all while keeping it within the budget you require. She’ll liaise with engineers and contractors and keep you informed throughout the entire journey of planning your home.

Dan Mann

Construction Manager

As Construction Manager, Dan is responsible for managing a large team of builders and contractors to ensure your new home meets your expectations.

With over 20 years building experience, he has the expertise to guide you through your project, and ensure the end result is exactly what you want. He understands the importance of a smooth building journey for you, and makes communication a priority, to ensure you enjoy your building project.

Dan works closely with Jody and the sales team so he is involved in your project from the beginning.
