Jennian built our dream home in 2025. After months of design and refined product selections our architectural home was ready to be built. Jaimee and Jeff have a very good eye for detail and gave us a lot of ideas and direction in the design process to refine our dream. Jeff and the team were exceptional with the refinement of the design to improve spaces while construction progressed.

The build was over 14-month period for our architectural home with full landscaping including a pool. Jeff kept the build team on target with the build being delivered only two weeks late from the original schedule. Any issues in the build process that were encountered were managed with professionalism and communication was very open and transparent with us resulting in an improved result.

The build process with Jeff and Jaimee was first class and most enjoyable, plus the house is perfect. We highly recommend Jennian Homes to anyone who is looking to build an architectural home on the Coromandel.
