We decided to choose Jennian Homes because they were quite happy to build a home that we already had drawn up our own plans for. It was encouraging to hear they were enthusiastic about bespoke homes.

We were impressed by the fact everything was to be chosen up front, door handles, paint, cladding etc and we would then receive a total amount which would be all the costs for building our new home.

The actual physical building process proceeded very well and we had a date we needed to be in by and it was ready to move into on that very date.

We thoroughly enjoyed the build process with Jennian Homes. Mishelle was a fantastic help in the early stages with her efficient responses and helpful guidance. Dallas was an amazing project manager and kept us up to date with all the necessary items we needed to know about during the build. He made sure to call us if anything wasn't going to plan but was always sure to come up with solutions. The timing of the build itself went well and the house was completed within a few weeks of the contracted date. This was understandably pushed out due to the lockdown in August but Dallas was sure to keep us in the loop of the move in date as soon as he could. He also handled the leak we had in the first week of us moving in amazingly well. He had the plumbers at the house first thing Monday morning and the leak was fixed within a few hours. Understandably, the repatching/painting of the wall took a few months as it was such a small job compared to the other homes being built, but it didn't affect the use of the bathroom so we were not phased by it.

We would definitely build with Jennian Homes again and can recommend them to anyone interested in building their own home.
