Design is at the heart of the way we approach building. It's not simply choosing paint colours, furniture and cushions once your house has been designed. It starts with the floor plan. Where does the morning sun come in? Where will the sofa sit? Where do you drop the school bags? Is there somewhere to put your coffee beside your favourite chair? Where do the kids disappear to with their friends? Where does the dog come in after a muddy walk? Those decisions influence everything from windows and power points to storage, lighting, materials and furniture - and they're much easier to get right at the beginning than change later.

With Shelley leading the design direction, we can consider the complete picture from the outset: architecture, exterior materials, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, window treatments, colour and finishes, right through to bespoke furniture, art and styling if you'd like us to. Your Home, Your Way

There isn't one way to build with us. You can start with one of Jennian's extensive Design Plan Collections, which range from compact, efficient homes through to larger architectural designs. Build a plan as designed or use it as the starting point and customise it around your site, family, style and budget. Already have plans? Bring them with you. Or, if the right home doesn't exist yet, we can work with our architectural team to create a completely custom design. Whichever path you take, we believe one of the most important conversations happens right at the beginning: budget. Understanding what you want to invest early allows us to make intelligent design decisions and focus the spend on the things that matter most to you.

Finance Your New Home

Secure your dream home with just 5% deposit, nothing more until handover. Building a new home may be more achievable than you think.
