Awhi was really great at communication and was very good to deal with as were most of the team at Jennian. Jennian fixed problems as they arose. Mandy was extremely helpful in the first stages of the design process especially when we needed to do things backwards in order to meet requirements for Kainga ora. That was a difficult process and Mandy worked with our broker to make it happen. Overall the house has turned out really well. The style we chose turned out really good (red brick, dark roof/aluminum). Everything was constructed to a high standard. The kitchen turned out really great. Overall we don't have anything we would change for our first home and we are glad we went with Jennian.
