Once every "T" is crossed and "I" dotted, Building consent is issued and the building can start!
This is the exciting part and at this stage, your Jennian contact will move from the design team, to our Construction Manager. One great reason to build with Jennian Homes Northland is during the design you deal with only one person throughout the process before moving straight to construction – This means no missed or mixed messages, and continuity of care!
Our construction manager will contact you weekly, arranging site visits at the important stages of your build, and taking photos that you can access easily in our online system that will keep track of all your documents during the build.
As your build progresses, you will make stage claims, as explained in our Master build contract. You can contact our team for a sample of this contract.
