Step 2: Personal Consultation

The first meeting with our sales and design team, we discuss your wish-list and design for your new home. This ideally includes an on site meeting, where we assess the site, give you indications on the cost of ground works, and point out other aspects of a build that you may not be aware of. We will also discuss the different types of construction suitable for your site, and what the cost implications for some of your design wishes may be.

Right from this early stage, we will keep an understanding of your budget to really help keep your design and build on track. This is why working with our design team that has up to date knowledge of build costs etc, gives you a greater chance of achieving your build, rather than working with an architect or designer alone. 

Based on your design, we will put together an estimate and then it's time to push the green button and commence the working drawings! At this stage, a pre-consent deposit will be required to commence working drawings. When you build your Jennian dream home, this deposit is subtracted from the price.
