Jennian homes owners Carl and Shane Hamilton, have recently joined forces with well-known architectural builder Nathan Simon, to open new offices in Wanaka’s Northlake development.

Our focus for Wanaka is on premium homes that will stand the test of time alongside catering to the every growing population of the district. Nathan Simon is the project manager as well as the general manager bringing a wealth of experience in large architectural builds, custom designs and bespoke homes alongside our Jennian Home packages.
