Homeowners benefit as builders eye the prize

HOTY-Nelson-Montage.jpgJennian Homes teams up and down the country are once again competing in New Zealand’s premier building competition – the Registered Master Builders 2010 House of the Year.

Now in its 20th year, the competition provides builders with the opportunity to showcase their creativity and trusted building techniques.

Winning awards is great confirmation that builders are doing a first-rate job, delivering quality and value for money for their clients.

In the past two decades Jennian Homes has reaped more House of the Year awards than any other New Zealand builder. This year, we’re off to a flying start again.

Our proven Fifeshire plan is now a proven award winner, picking up three gongs for Jennian Homes Nelson Bays on the opening night of the 2010 competition. The team scooped up four regional awards in total, including gold for their fabulous, future-proof show home.

Builders in other parts of the country will be on tenterhooks for the next few weeks as the results roll in.

The winners of local gold, silver and bronze awards, category and lifestyle award winners will be announced at a series of regional awards dinners over the weeks ahead, culminating in a gala event in November.
