Wellington Sales Consultant Scoops Rookie Of The Year

Jennian Homes Wellington’s newest home consultant is quickly making a name on the national new-home sales market after being named as a Rookie of the Year.

Tim Kunz was announced Rookie of the Year for highest sales for a new-starter in 2016 at Jennian Homes’ annual awards evening in Fiji, marking the conclusion of the organisation’s national conference.

Having worked on the Kapiti Coast within the new home market for many years, Mr Kunz joined the Jennian Homes Wellington team in 2015.

Jennian Homes undertakes a sales benchmarking programme with all new home consultants. Mr Kunz competed against all consultants who were completing their first full year at Jennian Homes.

Brian Brewster is the winner of the supreme individual award for results achieved in 2016, announced at Jennian Homes’ annual awards evening in Fiji, marking the conclusion of the organisation’s national conference.

The Whangamata-based franchise was announced as one of three finalists for the supreme award at Jennian Homes’ annual awards evening in Fiji, marking the conclusion of the organisation’s national conference.

The other finalists were Jennian Homes Otago and Jennian Homes Nelson Bays, with Jennian Homes Otago named the overall winner.

Owned and operated by Stephen and Haley Trebilco, the franchise is well respected in the Thames-Coromandel/Hauraki area not only as a great building company but also for the community involvement and support it provides the region.

Jennian Homes Nelson Bays is building on its foundations as a consistent top performer by being named as a Franchisee of the Year finalist.

The Nelson-based franchise was announced as one of three finalists for the supreme award at Jennian Homes’ annual awards evening in Fiji, marking the conclusion of the organisation’s national conference.

The other finalists announced were Jennian Homes Otago and Jennian Homes Coromandel, with Jennian Homes Otago named the overall winner.

Nelson Bays’ finalist position follows the franchise winning the supreme award in 2016, jointly with Jennian Homes Otago.

As well as the finalist position the Nelson Bays team, owned by Simon Collett and managed by general manager Daryl O’Reilly, was awarded Best Sales Process of the Year recognising the quality of the full client experience from the initial sales contact to handing over the keys to the home – an award the franchise also won in 2015 and 2014.

The Dunedin-based franchise was awarded the supreme award at Jennian Homes’ annual awards evening in Fiji, marking the conclusion of the organisation’s national conference.

It’s Otago’s second trip to the top of the podium after its previous win in 2016 (shared with Nelson Bays) after having been and in the top three in 2014.

Debbie Payne, who owns the franchise with Hayden Davies, says the continued recognition acknowledges the great effort the team puts into keeping the business among the best of the 30 franchises operated around the country year after year.
